If you have concerns about compliance issues at Aurobay, the Trust&Heart reporting line offers a secure and dedicated way to raise them. The reporting line is operated by an independent third party to ensure confidentiality and professionalism. All reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality, and every concern is taken seriously, with appropriate actions taken based on the findings.
The Trust&Heart reporting line provides a confidential platform for employees and external stakeholders to report any suspected violations of:
- Aurobay Code of Conduct
- Aurobay’s policies and directives
- Applicable legal or regulatory standards
Your identity will remain anonymous unless you choose to disclose it

Reporting for Aurobay Employees
If you work at Aurobay and have concerns, we encourage you to first discuss them with your manager or People & Culture representative. Additional support is available from the Legal & Compliance Function.
For those who prefer an alternative reporting method, the Trust&Heart reporting line is also available.
Reporting for External Stakeholders
Aurobay partners, customers, and other third parties can also use the Trust&Heart reporting line to raise concerns about potential compliance issues.
Steps to File a Report
When submitting a report through Trust&Heart, ensure you provide as much detail as possible to aid in the investigation. Include:
- A clear description of the incident
- When and where it occurred
- Relevant individuals or entities involved
Please avoid including sensitive personal details that are unrelated to the concern, such as private health or religious information.

You can also meet with an investigator from Trust&heart to make the report.
After you submitted a report
Upon submitting your report, a case number is generated, and an investigator is assigned to your case.
An internal compliance check is conducted to ensure that there is no conflict of interest involving the assigned investigator and the reported issue. You will be provided with an ID and password that will enable you to track the status of your case.
You will receive updates on the status of the case within seven business days. However, if you prefer, you can opt out of receiving these updates – for instance, in the case description.
The agent from Trust&Heart may wish to get in touch with you, allowing you to maintain contact without revealing your identity.
If you've opted for follow-up regarding the case, you can log in using the information provided to you at the time of reporting. If you'd like, you can continue to remain anonymous to the investigator.
Lastly, if you've chosen to share your contact information, the investigator may reach out to you for any potential questions
