The Aurobay BHE15 is a 1.5-liter petrol engine platform with 4 cylinders, which can provide different engine versions for ICE, HEV, PHEV and REEV.
The engine is Geely’s Gen.4 product, based on hybrid development, considering ICE application. The engine was developed with high quality supplier system, model design concept, and based on Chinese automobile 30 years industrial system. Twice won the top ten engines in China, total volume is more than 1 million until end of 2023.
The engine provides 5 variations, each customizable to the customer preferences, offering a spectrum of choices tailored to meet your unique driving needs.
BHE15TD is the ICE engine base platform, with the technology of TGDI, highly efficient combustion system, high pressure ratio, small inertia TC, 350-bar fuel injection system, E-water pump. All these features make the engine get perfect acceleration and reach fuel efficiency.
This is a hybrid engine, with the key technology of TGDI, integrated WCAC, miller cycle, LP EGR, E-water pump, TC special for hybrid. All the applications will make the engine achieve high thermal efficiency and high performance.
A high-performance engine, with 350-bar injection system, E-water pump, and silence chain. This engine can be applied to small and compact cars.
Perfect low-cost engine with PFI technology, which engine can meet different customer’s requirements.
Based on the BHE15TD PLUS engine, the Aurobay BHE15TD EVO leads the industry with the optimised high compression ratio combustion system. It also applies highly efficient TC to achieve efficient fuel consumption.
