Aurobay joins automotive trade body FKG
As the automotive industry navigates the journey to net zero, Aurobay looks forward to being a member of FordonsKomponentGruppen’s (FKG) strong network and developing new collaborations with other suppliers.
Fordonskomponentgruppen (FKG) is the Scandinavian trade body for suppliers to the automotive industry. With over 300 members, FKG acts as the voice for its members towards the industry, politicians, authorities and the media. It is also a forum where the industry can meet and develop relationships and opportunities for growth. It’s also a member of European trade body Clepa.
Joining FKG signals Aurobay’s commitment to building a powerful network and helping to strengthen the industry during its transformation. Aurobay’s size means it can be an important and solid partner for other members as well helping to ensure our common agenda receives the right focus from government.
Michael Fleiss, CEO said, ‘As a member of FKG, we can help shape the agenda for automotive suppliers in Scandinavia and Europe. As we expand our business beyond Volvo Cars, we’re also looking forward to developing strong new partnerships and sharing knowledge to support the transition to net zero.’
Peter Bryntesson, CEO at FKG, commented, ‘I am confident that Aurobay will make a significant impact as a member of FKG and we are proud to have them as a member. Hybrid powertrains will have an important role in transforming our industry to net zero.’
